Cell C Woodmead horrible service
Service at Cell C Woodmead is pathetic. Went there to do a simple sim swap and the lady the works there gave me a foul attitude the minute I walked in.
She made me fill out a form for a sim swap and I then bought a SIM card. She then told me to check after 3 and my sim card would be okay.
I check my sim and nothing was done. Today I call Cell C to check what went wrong. The lady told me that the swap wasn’t done. So annoyed. Tomorrow I am going to Cell C Woodmead for my R11. Pathetic.
