Cell C wont update my ITC even after account was fully paid.
Cell C wont remove my name on ITC even after the account was paid up through their Collections agency NIMBLE GROUP and DMC. I need this case resolved as a matter of urgency!!!!!

17 Sept 2020, 12:56i've emailed the letter and sent several emails in follow up and nobody seems to care to assist. ya'll promised to phone me and provide and update i've since been waiting. I NEED THIS ACCOUNT SORTED ASAP!!!!

Spoke to Danielle Abrahams, this lady doesn't know what she's doing. firstly she tells me Cell C is awaiting for pay over from DMC of which DMC confirmed has done the payover. when i try to phone her again she blocked my number and i had to use my office phone to get through. now she tells me shes escalated this matter to her legal team which i doubt she did as they also never phoned me or even email me. is this how Cell c conducts business, blocking clients numbers????
I NEED MY NAME CLEARED AT XDS,COMPUSCAN AND EXPERIAN ASAP!! wont stop complaining till somebody helps me with this.
