CELL C Wont unsubscribe me from Get more service

I tried to cancel my \Get it"or \""Get more\"" subscription on the 2nd of September. They told me I was going to have to wait a month and then someone will call me. The lady told me that I still need to pay at the end of September but then beginning of October someone will call me and the service will be cancelled. I phoned them today 22 October after not hearing anything from them for 3 weeks. Now the lady told me my cancellation still needs to be send to their department and then someone will call me. Again I still have to pay this month as well. And there is no direct line to the cancellation department apparently according to Pumelelo in customer care. So i cant call them and make arrangements. I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO CALL ME TO BE ABLE TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! That is really ridiculous. Fortunately my phone subscription ends soon and I will be moving to another mobile service """
