Cell C wont tell me what the problem is with acct.

I was not receiving invoices from Cell C for one of my business account phones, but continued to pay some amount to it. There has been zero feedback from my many enquiries for information & invoices.<br> I have reference numbers for Africa, but not one response.<br> <br> I got a call from some legal sorts that the account has been handed over, but my latest payments are not reflected and they now owe me money.
