Cell C won't send me my paid up letters!
I have been trying to get Cell C to send me paid up letters since November 2020 to no luck. I get new case numbers every other day and "your case has been escalated". All for 2 accounts which I paid off more than a year ago and closed. why do this to your customers Cell C? This is a painful experience.
