Cell c wont refund my money

Cell C have been deducting money from my account and I tried to communicate with them to get a refund until they blocked me.I was assisted by a lady called Thokozile from escalations department until she lost interest There is better service providers out there try them before you go to cell c because you will end up regretting like me. All I have to do is port all the sim cards in my family to Mtn or Vodacom
