Cell C won't pay me back

An account was **********ly opened with Cell C under my name, in which I had to get lawyers involved to get it sorted out. An amount was debited on my Bank Account at the end of May but there was no reimbur*****t.

The Account had since been flagged as ********** and closed, but I still didn't get my money. Numerous emails have been sent to ***, but no one has shed some light when my money will be paid. No response after being given a Case Number. Almost 2 months have passed, they can't pay back an amount below R600.

They went dark on me.
