Cell c won’t help

I have been trying to cancel my contract for the past 24 hours to no avail. The call center staff are unfriendly and not able to help. I call and get put through to a number that cell C says doesn’t exist 084 143

I want to cancel my contract, I have not been happy at all and now that it’s time to end it, I have trouble. Please may someone help, this is not fair at all. You guys have really disappointed and let me down
