Cell C wont get another Cent!

I had 2x contracts with cell C. I cancelled mine roughly 6 months ago. the same time i asked to cancel my wife's, which will run out this month. but from what I remember I was told to call closer to the time. I called a couple of days to late. Then they cell c tell me i must cancel my 2 year contract 30 days prior to it ending? Surely they should call me, if they want to continue taking money after a 2 year contract? now I must pay another month and then they will cancel it. I have been in store, i have called multiple times to cancel. if i call cell c now they say they no nothing about the cancellation.... ridiculous!!!! I have even spoken to a cancellations managers about 3 weeks ago, with no response from them. I recently called again and asked for the call recording to be sent to me... Again received nothing. So my next step is to place a stop order! I will not pay that money! And if you guys black list me I will get hold of the right people. Good bye!
