Cell C won’t clear my name

Cell C is the worst, this is my second time writing about them and they still don’t want to clear my name. After they have confirmed that the ********** account created in my name was indeed not me they still don’t want to clear my name with credit bureaus more than 9months later. Not only is it ruining my credit record but also my chances of finding a job
