CELL C WONT CANCEL MY CONTRACT

I am trying to cancel my account with Cell C and I keep being told that there is an amount due on my account even though their statement reflects the payments I have made. I spoke to someone called Ndivu on 11/06/2025 and she says she can see the payments but their system has not updated. These payments were made in May. What a hopeless company, I need this contract cancelled!!!!

Reviewer Update
I was contacted by Cell C, thank you for the prompt response. We went through my statement and it appears that the last statement sent to me on the 4th June was incorrect as it reflected R35 outstanding instead of R1600. My feedback as a customer to Cell C is that the company needs to ensure that correct statements are sent to customers as the expectation that I should have reconciled my own account is unreasonable.
