Cell C won't fix/improve tower in our area

I have been a contract customer of Cell C for a number of years and I have multiple concurrent contracts with them at the moment. For the past few months the cellphone reception at my farm has been getting worse, we only have EDGE quality signal (and now it sometimes just goes off and we can get ANY signal at all), and since Telkom is not providing the area with service, we have re**** on cellphones. When I reported this to Cell C, they told me my \spend"wasn't high enough for them to fix my problem. When I asked them to clarify what \""spend\"" was"
