Cell C won't end contract instore

I have been trying to end my contracts with Cell C for quite some time. I went to a PE branch on a Saturday and they said it could only be done on weekdays and gave me a number to call. I have tried phoning numerous times, but the call gets disconnect before I can be helped every single time by their operators. Today I went to the Uitenhage branch to end my contract and the lady said no she can't do it because they only do it over the phone. After explaining that their number does not work she said there is nothing she can do. Very very bad service.
