Cell C Won't Cancel My Insurance

This month I notced that I am being billed for a Cell C Insurance contract that should have been cancelled last year!<br> <br> My contract with Cell-C expired on 27 DEC 2014. I was told by a Cell C operator that when I did the port to prepaid that the insurance would terminate along with the contract. Note: It was a voice recorded call from my number so you should have no trouble locating the conversation -- should you require it.<br> <br> I tried emailing Cell C about the issue back in March to which I received no response. I have tried calling twice today (05 NOV 2015) and the first time I was left on hold for 10 minutes before the call disconnected and the second time, I was disconnected as soon as the operator put me on hold.<br> <br> I want my insurance policy cancelled immediately and for all payments past Dec 2014 to be returned to my account. <br>
