Cell C - Witholding of information when signing contract.

I entered into a Pinnicle 150 Top Up contract with Cell C in March this year at the store in the Somerset Mall. The consultent omitted to tell me that I will not be able to make calls to toll free or share call numbers and also omitted to tell me that I would not be able to buy data or airtime using the Cell C App. I had to find this out from the Cell C store at Cape Gate.

I went to the store (Somerstet Mall) today to query this and the manager told me that it is in my contract. I subsequently went through my contract with a fine tooth comb but I could not find the part where it mentiones that one cannot make calls to toll free / sharecall numbers.

When I told the manager that these issue should be brought to the potential customer's attention before signing the contract, he told me that explaining the contract to every person in detail will take too long. The manager also told me that I should have asked. Okay, so who is the specialist here????

So in short, if you don't take your time to read through 4 pages of extremely small print on the "Terms and Conditions" section you will not know that you are signing because they will NOT explain it to you!

This boils down to *****!!!!!

So for anybody that 's is thinking if entering into a Pinnicle contract with Cell C, BEWARE!!!!
