Cell C with threats

I have had a problem with Cell C for just less than a year. I phoned them and told them I lost my job it was November, I tried to arrange to pay off lesser installments and got a ref no the caller said someone will contact me to arrange that I pay very little. I had no money only R200 to offer but no one phoned me and immediately they put some ****** on my backside switch off all my contracts no and the treats I am getting they phone almost everyday on my husband no and refused to talk to my husband. I have become so depressed that I cant find work and this Cell C with it threats is unbearable. I would like Cell C to know they can take me to court and get it over it as I cant take it. I even ask the ppl that's threatening to sent an email to say once I start paying I will get my data back and they refuse. Hell C pls stop phoning and threatening me just take me to court so that I can put an offer of R20 in. Thanks Hell C
