Cell C with its putrid service(unhappy client)

Hi All

I have just had the worst customer service from Cell C. As I always took contracts out with Cell C and I had a good relationship with this service provider I think they actually dropped the expectations.

I for one never use to check my debit orders as its based on contract and i trust it will be correct,However I took the time to look into my debit orders only to see Cell c is debiting me double then the initial fee with was agreed to and when queried I was told its a content fee and they cant help me as i need to cancel it myself.

Very annoyed with that response.

I had a wifi installed and as agreed I asked Cell C to switch the route off when the data is exceeded.Cell C went to install a open line route.

When following up with Cell C to as what the amount is for an insurance claim i was told I do not have insurance on my products.

I always take out my products with insurance and all of a sudden I did not have insurance on any of my items.

Cell C is really unpredictable and they have a nerve to mess around with my hard earned cash.
