Cell C with bad service
Cell C promised to send my paid up letter two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the letter. I have paid up my account and I want this account closed and my name removed from their ITC as a bad payer. I don't know why is it so difficult for companies to give clients their paid up letters especially when they are done paying them. Companies fails us drastically but they are so quick to put us up as bad payers in the credit bereau.

17 Mar 2022, 07:42I am still waiting for the paid up letter from Cell C, these people don't care, I have been asked to send my alternative number, email and address but still today nothing from cell c, no phone calls no email and still no paid u letter. I really curse the day I went cell c store..
