Cell C - wireless tower no signal

I have internet with MWEB and it is WIFI – uncapped wireless and the Cell C tower is being used because we stay about 500 m from the tower. We struggle incredibly with the signal. My husband is using the internet at home for work purposes but currently we buy more data because of the signal that is suddenly so bad. I can semi understand if it is peak hours and the signal and internet is a bit slow. We check in the night at 1:00am we do not have signal and surely that is not peak hours. Can you urgently investigate as this is the very bad service.
