Cell c will tarnish your name and leave you stranded.

I had a contract with Cell c that expired long ago. As usual they did not stop it and continued debiting my account. In January 2021 I paid them and told them to cancel the contract, which they confirmed they did. In May 2021 they debit my bank account and listed me on ITC as in arrears for 3 months. I called the call centre which was not helpful and sent emails. After a while, a lady from Cell c called me and said she does not understand why I was debited because the contract was cancelled in Jan. I told her to fix the mess they made on my ITC profile, she said there is nothing she can do about it. The company's incompetence is underrated!!!
