Cell C will rob you blind

Best not to ever consider this company theor seemingly cheap prices will cost you a whole lot at the end. . Called Cell C on the 22nd February to cancel my contract after noting they had tripled costs on the contract without me having signed a new contract. Yesterday 1at April I noted that the number still had service . I called Cell C to enquire why was the contract not called, I was told I never called Cell C to cancel contract . I asked to speak to a team leader and also requested the reference number of the call. I was told Cell C does not have references for calls and the call was dropped when I requested to speak to team leader . I called again spoke team leader and told her I can show on my records that I called their number , suddenly the call was seen on their system . Customer care sucks which was the reason I cancelled my contract but there is no governance in the company as well People will lie on a recorded line and the company will continue charging for a service you asked to be terminated.
