Cell C will not allow me to give notice to terminate my contract

I want to cancel my contract and go to prepaid after my contract end date. I have emailed ********** for the cancellation forms twice, and have received no feedback. I have sent a message to the Facebook account asking for the forms. The team on Facebook keeps asking why i want to cancel and have i tried A or B or this or that. All i want is the cancellation forms. I don't want to debate anything or have your consultants 'try to resolve' my issues, at this point, i want to exercise my right to cancel an agreement that has reached the end of it's contract period.
