Cell C will list you a non payers of a monhly account for a once if R70 fee you did not even know off

My husband had 4 contract at 9ne stage with Cell C. One of the contracts came to an end and we stopped it. This was last year. We tried a few times to apply for credit but keeps getting turned down. I went on clear score to see what could it possibly be as nothing is behind or not getting paid. Low and behold there is Cell listing us as non payers....I could not believe my eyes...why why why was my first question so we phoned them. Then they told me the was a R70 some sort of fee that needed to be paid, a ones off fee right....we were NEVER NOT ONCE informed about this. They list us a non payers of a monthly account for a R70 once of fee, that we did not know off, there is no monthly account in arrears, its a once off R70. As soon as my contract ends I am gone from Cell C. You guys we supported you for years and this is how people get treated. Utterly pathetic.
