Cell c will kick you when you are down

After making efforts to get in touch with them to make arrangements as I'm having financial difficulties. They first attempt to collect more than our agreement (which obviously I couldn't afford) and there after handed me over without so much as a notice or phone call. When speaking to the legal department VVM I'm told I owe around R8000 to cell c which was to my surprise as on one of the many calls I made to cell c their agent gave me an amount not more than R4000. So now cell won't even speak to me or give me statements showing how the amount owed went from R4000 to R8000. I asked to speak to their complaints department and still I was refused. Their service has been poor especially seeing that I made the effort to say my finances are not in good standing and they couldn't bother to assist. Now they've decided to hike up the amount I owe. I'm distressed and unhappy
