cell c - will I ever get resolution

So despite my initial complaint and a promise that the issue would be looked at NO ONE from this awful company has called me back. What the hell is wrong with this crowd? How bad can bad service be? I am at a complete loss as to what to do next as all I get is lip service and empty promises. This lack of service is more than shameful.
