Cell C will help at anytime with committing suicide

I received my settlement letter for my accounts last year 10 May after going back and forth with cellc. However the accounts I settled are still active with a judgement hanging over my name making it impossible to move forward with my life and as always no one in the cellc department can help me or knows what the hell os going on
