Cell C will give you the run around!

On 2023/02/14 at 11:20 I spoke to Tsholofelo from "Sales Inbound". He promised me that he would get either get Kutloano or Mhlengi who are managers in "Sales Outbound" to contact me. I have not heard from either of them.

The issue is regarding an outstanding contractual dispute:

I was contacted, and assisted to cancel an incorrect contract so that I can get the proper one. But no-one is contacting me to help me with the contract that I agreed to. No-one has even bothered to listen to the recording of the initial offer that I was made and I agreed to. Please give me the contract that I agreed to: 24 month contract @ R449pm with a Galaxy A33 5G and Galaxy 5 Watch 40mm!

How long are you going to continue to give me the run around Cell C?
