Cell C will damage your record

Cell C does not take their customers serious. I had a contract with them which came to an end some years back. They have been displaying a negative amount on my account which I did not know about, however I paid it as I did not want this R75 amount to affect my credit record. Even after paying the account, Cell C still has that amount in the negatives in my name. I have sent them another email requesting a paid up letter on 30th of June this year and all I got was an automatic case number *** response saying someone will call me within within 48 hours. I honestly want to discourage consumers from using Cell C.
