Cell C wifi router connectivity error

I live in a rural area called Amatikulu. Ever.since the month of July i am having problems with connecting my wifi router. These days i have to buy data to connect to the internet. Whereas i own a cell c wifi router on monthly contract. I have reported this connection error several times but minimal to no assistance received. Cell C needs to attend to this because im paying every month to receive good internet connections and access to my social media pages.
