Cell C Wifi- Down for TWO MONTHS!!!!!!

PATHETIC SERVICE. We have been experiencing problems with our LTE Cell C router. For the last two months we have had intermittent issues as the router shows it has full signal but there is no internet connection???? We have called the call center and they are saying —- THEY ARE OFFLINE ??? So we pay the contract to be told the service provider is offline and we cannot use the service that we pay for? No one has assisted us in this matter!!!!!!
