Cell C Wi-Fi is no Wi-Fi

I am so sorry I ever got a contract with Cell C. The first month we got our wifi router everything went weel BUT then month two came and no connection. We called and was also informed about the problems they are struggling with. Ok fine... But it went on on. Went to the store to cancel our contract. We were informed that they will contact us to come and check the signal but until today nobody phoned. I mean we are paying a reasonable amount for our data but now we dont get service... That is not cool. I will never deal with thwm again. Cant wait until my own contract expires to that i can chace to a nother network.
