Cell C wi-fi calling not working.

Still not able to make any calls due to Wi-Fi calling not working. Had a technician here from Vodacom who checked with his mobile, and was able to make calls over my Wi-Fi. So the problem is with Cell C, since I renewed my contracts. Wi-Fi calling was working fine before renewal of my two contracts.
