Cell C - Where you waste your Money and time.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. I purchased a 30 day - All in One Bundle and never received my bundle. Checked my bank and of course the money was taken. I phoned customer care on Saturday evening and was told to wait 24h. Throughout the week I've emailed multiple times and guess what? Still no solution. I explained my email that if they needed a bank statement they have to let me know they currently cannot attach one they don't have data or stable Wi-Fi to log into my bank account. I was never asked for the statement and was told that my case was being escalated only to be told at the end of the week that because I've not provided a bank statement they can't help me... When I was never asked for one but I was asked a million security questions. So of course I sent in the bank statement only to receive a call on Saturday asking me if I would like to continue escalating my case about my missing bundle. At this point I only want a refund I don't give a **** about the bundle anymore because I'm going to take the SIM card out of my phone and tossed it in the trash where it belongs.

Not to mention, im visiting for 2 months! All I wanted was some data while I'm out and about and to be able to make a call incase of an emergency. But a week later, going on 2 weeks since its not resolved, I'm still relying on WiFi and public WiFi. Monday I will be tossing this ******** waste of money in the bin to find a different network. So happy I didn't purchase the large expensive bundle and tried the R95 instead.

* I would however like to apologize to the lady I spoke to on the phone at CC, I was probably very short and rude with her but none of my anger is pointed at her, it is pointed at the lack of professionalism by CELL C as a company. Taking money for a service and not providing the service is called ********. Last time I checked it's *******.
