Cell C where is your service for your Clients

Apparently calling, emailing and posting on HelloPeter gets you nowhere with Cell C. Still no update or quotation from Cell C. I handed my phone in at the Cell C store on 20th of June 2020. This week will be week number 4 with not even a quotation. This is absolutely unacceptable and NO ONE has contacted me back or given me an update. When I call, no one can answer my question. It’s not a hard question: When will I receive the quotation at least for my device to be repaired. I spend a substantial amount at Cell C every month and I can guarantee this will come to an end very soon, the worst service I have honestly ever experienced. Pathetic!!!! My phone screen was cracked, it’s simple the screen needs to be replaced, how can this possibly take so long.
