Cell C WhatsApp bundle ****

I registered for a WhatsApp bundle with Cell C. This is supposed to allow me free WhatsApp messages and media up to a fair use policy of 1GB. When I reached the usage limit set on my account, not the WhatsApp bundle, my account got softlocked and I am unable to receive media via WhatsApp, even though I still have more than 500Mb left on the fair use limit. After numerous calls to Cell C and getting the same scripted response I decided to revert to Hello Peter as this is unacceptable. The reason for taking the WhatsApp bundle is specifically to save on costs, now I have to increase my limits to keep on using something I have already paid for!
