Cell C Whatsapp Bundle LIES

Cell C's Whatsapp Bundle that should allow me to send and receive messages, pictures and videos via whatsapp does not allow me to send or receive videos. this happened on both my devices. Calling customer care, at 10pm on 29 September 2015, was beyond painful, with one call centre manager telling me they will respond in 24-48 hours its more than a week later and I am still not any closer to a resolution meanwhile the bundle will be expiring and I probably still wont get any feedback. apparently they can't troubleshoot the problem and no date or time was given as to when this issue will be resolved. CELL C, no thank you
