Cell C Whatsapp bundle does not work. And they ask impossible questions you MUST answer otherwise you just have to lose your bundle and money
I am just furious right now! I bought a whatsapp bundle for R20. And the last few days I realised it is not working. Only when my whatsapp msg go through is when I am in a WiFi spot.
No wifi all my whatsapps hang and none come through.
J just now phoned the dreaded 140 line for help. The guy talking to me was ok at first.
Then he asked me how much was my last recharge, when, what exact date was my last recharge, and how I made the recharge. Also he wanted to know what was the last two numbers I called!
I explaimed I am not sure. I have 4 numbers I recharge regularly. I do not hold record of each recharge, how much eac recharge is. Sometimes R20 sometimes R150 sometimes less or more. I have two sim cards in my phone. I make many calls. I do not know what calls were made from what number.
Who ever keep record of eaxh and every recharge and each and every call?????
I said I need help because I cannot use whatsapp. He got agitated at me and said only to call back once I can answer all those questions otherwise he will not help me.
I said so I bought the bundle for nothing. I waisted R20. He said I did not say that. I said I did. Because I DO NOT REMEMBER the stupid unfair questions and won't be able to answer them. Therefore I bought the bundle for nothing. I cannot even remember exactly what day I bought this bundle.
He said he cannot help at all and when I can give him that information I may call back and he will help me. explained I cannot give that information. I maybe recharge every few days mean my sim is on RICA. Why not do a security check with my ID and residential address etc....
So now there is nothing I can do. I lost R20 and a whatsapp bundle. This is unfair and low... I want my money back since I cannot use the stupid cell c whatsapp bundle. Rather stop pumping our money into rugby teams and fix your rather useless network problems like this.
Are you going to fix my whatsapp or pay my money back. Then I rather buy a whatsapp ticket on my vodacom sim.
Its like asking what was the exact last date you ate Pringles. Or what was that exact numbers you got on a quick pick on your last lotto ticket. It is really rediculous.
