Cell C WhatsApp bundle
Thank you for taking your time to reading this I have been with Cell C for the past 10 years and have not had a issue until now
This has come to my attention on how telecommunication providers are such a ******** and I should always wonder what was the main issue with my Network provider Monthly I download Whatsapp bundles on my mobile as this is an essential need as I am part of a business which we communicate through this application on a hourly and daily basis which is a need as I depend on this and on my data bundles
Downloading this bundle as they always say is unlimited whatsapp bundle when it now for the past three months or if am not mistaken even more ,before the month is over I receive a text message stating that my whatsapp bundle has run out please recharge to upload the bundle again message ,thinking to myself that this could be mistaken as its unlimited, which I ignored this and I should download Data bundles
Then realizing that its has been going on for some time which is unfair practise
I have received no Text messages stating that the whatsapp bundles has a fair usage policy nor its Capped at a certain amount, so what is really going on her when all the leaflets and adverti*****t stats UNLIMITED WHATSAPP BUNDLES for only R12.00 bare in mind it used to be R5.00 at one stage or sorry free but understand the charge Is this greed from the provider itself, robbing people of their money or it can be simple by just taking you'll up to court ,news paper and television to get what's right for the people including myself
So once again this is not the way a loyal customer should get treated and I have been ****** for this many months I have attached pictures as proof of my statement

As per the terms and conditions, it states that usage of the WhatsApp Bundle is subject to a fair usage limit of 600 MB per bundle. Customers will be charged for usage at their normal standard tariff plan unless they have inclusive data or another data bundle loaded when they exceed the fair usage limit.

On the adverts, right at the bottom, there is a fine print of T's & C's apply. When you go on the terms and conditions, you will find information about the fair usage policy.
