CELL C WHATSAPP APPLICATION

Entered into a contract approx 2 Years ago and noticed that there was a recurring charge of R29 per month for the Whatsapp use and was told that the WhatsApp application would not work without Data or Airtime Information from a google search revealed that "Whatsap is completely free with no fees or subscriptions because it uses wifi connection instead of your phone etc" In view of this I queried Customer care who responded "Please note that we have attempted to contact you to provide assistance we could not reach you as there is no contact details" I fail to understand that they have no details bot emailed me.To date have received no further response.
