The unlimited whats app bundle for R5 is advertised that all whats app usage(within whats app) will be billed to the bundle, except for a few listed exclusion. This statement is completely false seeing as only content sent by the bundle subscriber is billed to the bundle, and not any data received.<br> <br> This is not stated in the terms and conditions<br> <br> False adverting from cell c, either change the adverti*****t and the T &C's, or make receiving videos and photos also billed to the R5 bundle, fair use of 1GIG of course AS STATED ON THE WEBSITE!!!!<br>
