CELL C ... what a JOKE!

For 13 months ********** activity has been perpetrated on my bank account stemming from Cell C. Despite numerous calls and emails to Cell C nothing has been forthcoming except for the standard computer generated email which requests that one submit certain documentation in order for their "***** division" to look into the matter. Despite their promises that a consultant will contact you within 24 - 48 hours, nothing has been forthcoming. No one answers their "customer service" phone numbers. Even emails sent to their "legal" department receive no acknowledgement or response. Not to mention that their legal department phone number just goes to voice mail!! Quite frankly CELL C is PATHETIC when it comes to Customer Service .... what a JOKE! But they are quick to debit my account every month for "data top ups" for a mobile number which is not mine and for which I have no knowledge of. I have comp**** with all their document requests. All that I want is the money debited from my account for the last 13months paid back to me and the assurance that the debit order on my account is stopped. CELL C .... yours customer service is a JOKE!! Thank goodness I'm not a CELL C Mobile user!
