Cell C - what a disgrace.....
AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!! Been trying to sort my account out for over a month, just over R4000 has been paid to them, yet they cannot find the payments. they keep asking for proof of payments, which i keep sending and absolutely NO ONE can sort this out, the payments were done from their website, yet the keep calling asking for the same things, i am tired of it now, stop " passing the buck" and get it sorted out. i have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 20 years... and this is the nonsense i need to put up with? it is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

16 Jul 2024, 10:41it is not being handled, it is now more than a month later, not to mention you are actually costing me money now, you owe me R630.00 in banking charges for the debit orders you keep trying to take off - THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID!!. I have sent that all through this morning as well via e-mail.

you can let me know once you have found the payments via "pay fast" that were done directly on your website, first one was 28/06/2024 - R 2060.45 and the second one was done 01/07/2024 - R2059.45, go look for them, allocate them and send me an e-mail once done.
