Cell C - west service provider ever !

Worst service provider ever - Cell C. Since back in Pmb 3 years ago I have been paying for service which I have not received at all . I have been to both Cell C branches more than I can remember. First the excuse was that they were installing 4G towers, now the excuse is that 5G towers are being installed.

I have NO SIGNAL at all on my data and on my pocket router ever !!!

I work from home and earn my income on my laptop and cell phone. Needless to say I have had to forfeit this income.

I have tried to cancel my contract with Cell C which is impossible!!!

The staff at Cell C seem clueless and treats everything as a light hearted joke. No professional conduct or ethics can be expected.

I am at the end of my tether and consider suring them for loss of income and paying through my nose for a service that I do not receive. I see this in a very serious light as I will have to consider using another service provider while still paying for this useless one .

It's time cell C takes responsibility and start providing a fully functional and effective service.

All customers are sick of these.
