Having been a loyal avid customer of cell c for many years, it is with disappointment that I have to concede ending my relationship with their contractual agreements today. As a quality controller myself, I have high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction. Customer compliance and satisfaction have to come with honesty and trust too, however. Having being serenaded to upgrade my contract, I was usurped into taking a phone that they did not have stock of. I was only made aware of this after phoning to enquire of the delivery. When a concern displays shades of malice and service without integrity, it becomes one that you would rather not consort with. Farewell cell c. you have lost a diligent, loyal client today.
