Cell C Welcomes *****

I found out a cellc contract was opened in my name when my bank acc was debited by cell c on 7 Aug 2015. I immediately called cellc for clarity,they stopped the contract, logged a ***** case, I was advised I could expect a call within 48 working hrs & that to get the contract,FICA docs used to open the account I had visit the centurion branch but were refused perusal and copies of the docs once there, advised we had to request them from HQ instead,however the sales consultant was sympathetic he gave us a copy of the **** ID copy used - it was clear it was ****.11 Aug I called cell c to follow-up, another email to the department was sent for them to call me back within1hr.8 DAYS later I'm still waiting.19 Aug I called again to follow-up, was told they would send another escalation mail to the department and team leader to call me back by end of business day.Still waiting for both,I need these docs, a letter from cell c to open a police case & to send to SAFPS to flag my ID.I can't make necessary arrangements to protect myself further until cellc complies.WHY WONT CELL C GIVE ME THE REQUIRED DOCS? Was a contract even signed?Cell c has made an already frustrating situation unbearable
