Cell C website payments

I am experiencing a repeat of an issue that I had with Cell C in 2024. I paid for my contract through a credit card on the 26th of July but it does not reflect on their end. The last time this happen I had to jump through hoops to repay the amounts and get my initial payments refunded. And it showed as missed payments on my credit profile which they claimed they could not remove. Very stressed that I find myself here again.

We have investigated and successfully traced your payment, which has now been allocated to your account.
The delay in processing was due to a recent systems upgrade that affected a few customers. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please note that the issue has since been resolved.
You enquired about continuing to make payments via PayFast, and we can confirm that you may continue using this method, as it remains a valid and convenient payment option.
We also confirm that your account is now up to date, and your next bill will be issued in the new billing cycle.
