Cell C Warehouse not delivering my phone!

Good Day.<br> <br> This is not really a complaint.<br> last week Thursday, went to Cell C Woodlands to order a new phone. so i decided to take the Iphone 5s.<br> phoned them today (10/02/16) to ask if my phone arrived yet, just to tell me NO. <br> almost a week now. they told me cell c warehouse delivers new phones on Mondays , Wednesday and Fridays. so why has my phone not arrived yet?<br> <br> so can someone please give me answers to when i will be getting my phone<br> <br> so this complaint is actually for the cell c warehouse!<br> <br> staff at the Woodlands branch is excellent.
