Cell C wants to be bankrupt

I can see why the company is losing millions every year. As a customer I need to jump through hoops to try and figure out how much and how to pay. Walk into a store just to be told nah we don't want to help you, you are on prepaid. All this is showing me I need to move my number somewhere else that is willing to assist with problems like this.
