Cell C wants all that I owe with no job, because of the virus.

Hi Cell C

I got an email from you two days ago and could only respond now. Because of the covid virus I have been unemployed since the beginning of last year. I account has been handed over and I am now supposed to pay 26 000. The email I received mentioned that they have been calling me numerous times as well as emailing me, neither are true. I'm sure service providers can prove this for me. I am currently staying with family and own only clothes. Before the virus I lived happily, if it were not for the virus which was not my fault, over losing my job because of it. I would still have a job and I would be paying, we didn't ask for this virus. I gave you a bad rating because the lies in the email I received saying they have called me numerous times and have been emailing me, which can be proven. I'm not saying Wright the debt off, if I have a job or when I get a job I will make the arrangements to pay what I owe you. But sinking so low Cell C to me and others who lost nearly everything yet you still demand 26000 from me, it's sick. You guys are operating, your business is still good. But here's me, with nothing, and you demanding all this money. I'm sorry but it makes me sick. I will pay my phone, I know I owe the money. But demanding it like this, right now? I'm lost for words.
