Cell C wanting me to pay outstanding money of a contract I paid off and closed????

Sana, not these people saying a contract I paid off two years ago has money owing. Mind you, they tried this with me last year and I explained the situation and I thought it was cleared kaanti no they want to **** me. I tried customer service but I failed security questions- why wouldn’t I fail the questions of a contract I paid off TWO YEARS ago??????
